A
ADA
The Stadium is completely wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair patrons should enter through the Main Lobby, and then take either the tunnel to the Field Level, or the elevator to the Concourse Level, Luxury Suites, and Party Deck. Accessible/Disabled Parking
Accessible/disabled parking is available at the stadium. Please ask the attendant at the parking entrance to direct you to the handicapped parking spaces. (*Brooklyn FC does not own or operate the parking next to the stadium)
Age (Tickets)
Children 3 and under do not require a ticket. However, they will not have a seat in the stadium without a ticket and will be considered a lap-sitter.
Alcohol Management
Policy New York State law requires that you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer must present valid ID at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. There is a two-beer maximum per ID. Last call for alcohol purchase is the 60th minute of the match. Please drink responsibly, and NEVER drink and drive. We have established the following ground rules for alcohol sales to ensure that the enjoyable stadium experience is not spoiled by the behavior of inappropriate individuals:
- It is illegal to consume alcoholic beverages on the sidewalks or in the parking lots; anyone doing so will be subject to arrest.
- Alcoholic beverages and controlled or illegal substances may not be brought into the stadium.
- Drunk or disorderly fans will be denied admittance to the stadium.
- Intoxicated or under-aged fans will not be permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the stadium.
- Drunk or disorderly fans inside the stadium will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.
- Fans using foul or abusive language will be subject to ejection.
- Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, will be subject to arrest.
Animals
Fans are not permitted to bring animals into the stadium, with the exception of guide or service dogs for disabled fans.
Aramark
Aramark operates the food, beverage, and merchandise concessions at Maimonides Park. Aramark can be reached at (718) 266-7741.
Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
There are currently no ATM machines in the stadium. Credit cards are accepted at all points of sale in the stadium.

Baby Diaper Changing Stations
Infant diaper changing tables are available in two designated “family” bathrooms on the main concourse level
Bag Policy
Purses, diaper bags that are not backpack-style, tote, drawstring and messenger-style bags THAT DO NOT EXCEED 16 x 16 x 8 are permitted
All backpacks, with the exception of totally clear backpacks with no obscured interior pockets, are prohibited.
Exceptions may be made for backpacks used for ADA / medical reasons. Backpacks provided and backpacks purchased inside the stadium are permitted that day only.
This is being done to expedite the security screening process entering the stadium and help ensure the safety of our guests and security staff by limiting contact with personal items.
Birthday Parties

Camera/Video Equipment
Small film or digital still cameras are permitted inside the stadium. However, fans taking pictures will not be permitted to interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
Catering
Aramark can accommodate parties ranging from 30 to 150. The Aramark catering office will partner with you to coordinate every aspect of your event, from decorations to menu selections, from entertainment needs to itinerary planning. Cell Phones
The use of cell phones is permitted at the stadium, provided such use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the ball game. Please be courteous and refrain from making loud or lengthy calls in the seating areas.
Concessions
Great food and drink is available throughout the stadium. Concession stands open at the same time as the gates on game days, and vendors circulate through the stands before and during the game. Specialty kiosk stands serve unique foods and beverages, from kosher foods, to tropical drinks, to gourmet pretzels, and more. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the stadium.
Conduct
Brooklyn FC management reserves the right to revoke tickets and refund the money of any person using obscene or abusive language, exhibiting inappropriate behavior, or appearing intoxicated. Fans who enter the playing field are subject to ejection and possible arrest.
Credit Cards
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted at the Stadium Ticket Office, the Team Store, and the online store.

Directions
The Stadium is located in Coney Island, at 1904 Surf Avenue (at the corner of W.17th Street). The stadium is approx. two-three blocks away from Coney Island landmarks like Nathan’s and Gargiulo’s restaurants, the Cyclone roller coaster, and the Wonder Wheel. Maimonides Park is accessible by car, subway, and bus.

Elevators
There are two elevators at the stadium, stopping at the Main Lobby, the Concourse Level, and the two upper suite levels. The fourth level also contains the Brooklyn Rooftop and the Press Box.

Fan Code of Conduct
- Fairness for all: Brooklyn FC matches, all fans, players, coaches, officials, and staff should leave our games feeling like they had the best experience possible. To ensure this, every individual at our matches, in any capacity, must treat others with the utmost respect, regardless of their allegiances or opinions. Discrimination of any form will be met with zero tolerance.
- Support for your Club: To maximize the experience for everyone who attends Brooklyn FC matches, supporters must behave in a positive and enthusiastic fashion. Abusive and disrespectful language, chants, or gestures towards the opposing team, players, officials, fans, or staff is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
- Safety as a Primary Focus: All Brooklyn FC games will feel safe for everyone in the stadium. Due to this, actions that may jeopardize the safety and wellbeing of another attendee of our matches are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, throwing objects, ignoring stadium protocols/emergency procedures, ignoring seat assignments, bringing in prohibited items, or engaging in disorderly conduct whether sober or intoxicated. Complying with stadium rules and instructions given by any security personnel is mandatory.
- No Discrimination: Discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and disabilities, will not be tolerated in any way.
- Preserve the Stadium: Brooklyn FC are renters, not owners, of Maimonides Park. We ask that all fans respect the stadium by following their rules, procedures, and disposing of all trash they accumulate while in the stadium. Vandalism and littering will not be tolerated.
- Compliance with Laws: All match attendees must obey stadium regulations. In addition, attendees must comply with local, state and federal laws.
- Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, will be subject to arrest.
Brooklyn FC and Maimonides Park staff reserve the right to eject any fan(s) for interfering with play in any manner or breaches of the Code of Conduct.
First Aid
Emergency Medical Technicians from Midwood Ambulance are stationed throughout the stadium. Please report to ushers, security, front office staff, or the Fan Services Center on the Concourse Level, behind home plate, with any emergency needs.
Food
In compliance with league rules, fans are not allowed to bring any coolers, containers, outside food, or beverages into the stadium.

Individual Tickets
Individual Ticket sales refer to game tickets that are not part of a Season Ticket Plan, a Mini-Plan, or a Group purchase. Individual Tickets can be purchased at the stadium or via SeatGeek

Kosher Food
Kosher Foods, including hot dogs, pretzels, peanuts, water, and soda are available at the stadium, at specialty kiosks on the Concourse Level.

Lost Children
Lost children should be escorted to the nearest supervisor, usher, or uniformed security guard.
Luxury Suite
If you are looking for a unique and memorable way to entertain clients, associates, family or friends, then you are looking for a Luxury Suite at the stadium. The suites provide the comforts of home, with all the sights and sounds that make a night at the stadium an unforgettable experience. Each suite is equipped with a climate-controlled lounge, table, chairs, couch, refrigerator, countertop, cable television, and two rows of outdoor balcony seating (12 seats). Tailgating
In accordance with NYC rules, tailgating is permitted in the Maimonides Park Parking under the following conditions: a) No open flames of any kind. b) Only one parking space may be used. c) Consumption of alcohol is prohibited. d) Inappropriate or dangerous behavior is not allowed. e) guests should bag trash for pick up after the event.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas of all shapes and sizes are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
Ushers
Ushers are stationed throughout the stadium to assist you and enforce stadium rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher. Please treat our ushers with courtesy and respect; by enforcing the rules, they are making the stadium a safer and more comfortable environment for all our guests.

Weather
Brooklyn FC strives to play matches regardless of weather conditions but will delay or reschedule a match if necessary to protect players, staff and fans. Games will typically proceed as scheduled during light rain or intermittent showers. If lightning, heavy downpours, or unsafe field conditions occur, the match may be delayed, paused, or postponed at the discretion of match officials, Brooklyn FC and the United Soccer League (USL). Any game delays will be communicated via stadium loudspeakers and our official social media channels.
In the event that the original match is rescheduled to a new date, the original ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event date. Brooklyn FC will inform the original purchaser of the rescheduled match in a timely fashion. If a match is suspended after kickoff and cannot resume, policies will follow league regulations for either rescheduling or match result decisions.
Brooklyn FC reserves the right to change the date and start time of the event. No such change shall entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
